Chief Operating Officer Stacey Roman has over 20 years in the restaurant, event planning, and hospitality fields. She has a passion for making delicious foods that comfort the stomach, and the soul.
Chief Executive Officer William "Buzz" Buzzell has over 20 years experience teaching and managing people, and working out logistics. A natural leader and problem-solver, Buzz is the friendly face you are likely to see out and about as our ambassador.
Partners in business and partners in life, together Stacey and Buzz work to build community and opportunities for others in NW Ohio and SE Michigan. Pretzels for the people, in more ways than one.
What We Do
You can find us every day at our store in Rossford, OH. We make all sorts of pretzels and mustard in our spare time. Our most recent culinary adventure is pretzel strata made with our beer mustard. Yum!
